New Delhi: After the abolition of the special constitutional status, In a significant development, the central government is on the verge of withdrawing 12,000 soldiers from Jammu and Kashmir.

The Union Home Ministry has announced that it will soon withdraw troops. The Indian Army, Paramilitary Forces, Armed Forces and many of the CAPF’s security personnel were assembled in different parts of Jammu and Kashmir.

It has now announced that 40 of the CAPF, 20 of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), 20 of the Border Security Force (BSF) and 20 of the Armed Forces Force will be called back from the Valley. The decision has been taken as the situation in the state is currently peaceful
