Arnab Goswami moves Supreme court challenging Bombay HC order against bail

Republic TV editor Arnab Goswami moved Supreme Court after the Bombay High Court dismissed his petition for interim bail in 2018 abetment to suicide case on Monday.  A bench of Justices D Y Chandrachud and Indira Banerjee will hear the plea tomorrow at 10.30am on Wednesday. On Monday, the high court had rejected pleas of Goswami and two others for interim bail in an alleged abetment to suicide case registered against them in 2018 and said they could move bail applications before a sessions court for a decision within four days. The three had then approached the sessions court in Alibag.
