Go from Delhi to Meerut in 45 minutes as expressway opens for public: To Reduce travel from 2.5 hrs to just 45 mins

The Delhi-Meerut Expressway, which will reduce travel time between the two cities from about three hours to just 45 minutes, has been finally opened for the public from Thursday (April 1). The 96 km-long 14-lane Expressway will also reduce the travel time of commuters from Muzaffarnagar, Saharanpur, Haridwar, and Dehradun to Delhi.

It has been declared operational from Thursday (1 April) by Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari,  said, The government has fulfilled one of its promises by reducing travel time from Delhi to Meerut.
