India’s rising military might, rich cultural diversity and socio-economic progress will be on full display during the 71st Republic Day celebrations at the Rajpath — the city’s centerpiece boulevard — on Sunday. Interacting with these artists and Volunteers, Prime Minister highlighted the importance of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat programme to promote cultural connect in the areas of language learning, culture, and traditions. Prime minister Modi interacted with Tribal Guests, NCC Cadets, NSS Volunteers and Tableaux Artists in New Delhi.

Prime minister said that every region of the country has a unique culture.He said that govt is making every efforts to promote local products to secure a better livelihood for people. Prime Minister said that ‘Vocal for Local’ mantra is aimed at encouraging local businesses and products and take those to the global arena.
